Summary
I have worked in the Early Childhood field since 1984. I started as a Preschool Teacher and then Assistant Director. As Executive Director, I am proud of what our program has accomplished. We implemented a Head Start Program, and were a pilot program for the Pyramid Plus Approach (a social emotional competency framework) . There are 70 families in the program I am currently in. I have always loved the family and child part of this profession, and hope to continue to be part of the early childhood field.
