In addition to your award, you also receive a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada., 2007 CUSTOMER DELIGHT LEADER AWARD- This award is given out on a quarterly basis by your division and my banking center received this award 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter. You achieve this by exceeding your customer delight score and being successful with Mystery Shops., 2008 Associate Engagement Mentor- I was chosen to co-manage the Kerrville Banking Center in order to train and develop the new banking center manager in reference to Associate Engagement and operational excellence., 1994-1998 AAA Co. Loans had a special program for a four-year term. The Uvalde office was named “office of the Year” out of 13 offices for the four consecutive years, which was the duration of the program.
