• Company Overview: An organization providing access to education and scholarships to over 3,000 children from elementary school to college in 41 provinces and areas in Indonesia.
• Led organizational transformation, and built organizational structures to accommodate 35+ full-time employees, with competitive salaries and benefits.
• Established a partnership division, led national branding, managed 35 staff in 6 divisions, and supervised 121 area coordinators nationwide. Fundraised, managed, and monitored US$ 450K yearly.
• Initiated, executed, built curriculum, and supervised the national Unilever Fair and Lovely Bintang Scholarship program for 150 at-risk young women in rural Indonesia. The program is accessible nationwide and maintained until the present day.
• Founded the Environmental Education Center, created an environmental educational book, and managed international programs to generate revenue.

• Designed a social impact innovation program, built a long-term implementation strategy, and led execution nationally in Indonesia.
• Led program implementation and execution to ensure ROI, and SROI. The program is ongoing nationwide and replicated.

• Implemented Social Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies applying Montessori educational principles.
