Software Magazine was a publication for information technology professionals.

• Coded and posted all articles that appeared on the site, plus monthly e-mail newsletter
• Created and processed graphics and house ads
• Accomplishments:
• Helped develop site’s content-management tool
• Helped manage 2003 site redesign, migrating editorial content and ensuring consistency with design specifications.

ASBPE is a professional association founded in 1964. Its members are writers, editors and designers for business-to-business publications.

• Wrote blog posts for ASBPE Blog
• Helped keep ASBPE up to date with new technology and social media
• Updated site, writing and editing copy
• Set up and managed ASBPE Facebook Page and Twitter feed; helped manage LinkedIn group
• Established the first ASBPE blog, for the Boston chapter
• Other blogs, including a national blog, have followed
• The blogs raised ASBPE's profile in the media industry

Modern Materials Handling is a monthly magazine whose readers manage materials and products in manufacturing and distribution facilities. It was formerly published by Reed Business Information and is now owned by Peerless Media.

ADC News & Solutions was a monthly, 75,000-circulation supplement covering automatic data capture. It merged with MMH in 2001

Responsibilities:

• Held primary responsibility for development, quality control, and maintenance of both magazines’ web sites
• Wrote monthly “Internet Update” column for print magazine
• With print staff, provided live, daily online trade-show updates
• Helped develop award-winning “Bloopers” column, among the 10 most-visited pages on adcnews.com
• Oversaw three complete site redesigns
• Managed development of online product directory
• Participated in development of both sites prior to October 1996 launch.

• Managed production of semimonthly (later monthly), 60,000-circulation, 70-page magazine
• Ensured that schedules were met
• Edited all copy; wrote heads, captions, contents page, and cover copy.
