Summary on Job

The Jefferson community has been my life for the last ten years. I know the students, parents, teachers and our struggles. I have taught many ESL students pass their EOC and also how to navigate entering college and staying there. Setting the bar high is what I do and pushing hard is another quality I attain. I don't know how much of this has to do with coaching, but I have never had any behavior management problems that I could not handle in my classroom. I excel in helping students with reading in all levels. Many of the DRD exercises can be used with students who struggle with reading and were used with ESL students I had.
