• Manages shift employees, instructs and assists operators or other workers in process setup and operations, quality standards and product documentation. Performs variety of duties to ready the process for production while assigning personnel to work areas and tasks. Trains operators. Maintains daily manufacturing board monitoring process of jobs and machines and operators. Leads shift huddle meetings to discuss priorities/challenges for the shift and assigns operators to machines. Provides guidance to operators and training when needed. Communicates effectively with other shifts to ensure issues are being understood, priorities and scheduling are on track and tasks are delegated properly.

• Oversee and coordinate employees who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation, injection molding machines and other building systems. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems and determining what installation or repair services needs to be performed. Lead all shifts and maintained quality product in a timely manner.
