    Developed and launched an adolescent mental wellness group focused on building resilience and reducing stigma among teens with psychiatric diagnoses.

    Designed and implemented a dedicated media channel for pastoral and spiritual care to ensure 24/7 availability of supportive content for patients, families and staff.

    Developed an Introduction to Ethics module for RNs system-wide.
