  • Oversight of budget for professional and student staff salaries, student and staff meal plans, age appropriate programming, space allocation, and office and building equipment

  • Developed and implemented community outreach. La Sierra University is located in an underserved, low income community and the Festival provided free admission to all concerts and classes. Festival students reached out and performed at various venues and organizations throughout the community
