At Monterey Pines I was responsible for keeping the property clean and helping with maintenence, removing debris and cleaning offices, gyms, laundry rooms, bathrooms and grounds while keeping a friendly and positive attitude with residents and co-workers.

My responsibility at Tuscany apartments was to ensure the property was clean by doing a daily routine to clean grounds, bathrooms, laundry rooms, gyms and assisting in small maintenance jobs on property while keeping a positive attitude around tenants, co workers and supervisors.
