  • Created a NPS and CPS Data Tracker Net Promoter Scores, and Client Promoter Scores are used to measure the success of a client in process. The client and or partner is either a Promoter, Detractor or is Passive in how they view RKT, our process and team members. A 70+ monthly NPS is required as part of our Schwab partnership contract, its measured by a quarterly average.

  • Increased New Construction Pullthrough by over 20% in Q4 of 2023 for Partnerships. Identified opportunities within our partnerships space in Q3, leading to the reintroduction and process improvement, additional training and visibility across banking for increasing new construction Pullthrough from 65% to over a peak of 86% in Q4.
