To whom this may concern,
I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to work at THURSTER ENERGY CORP. I know I would be and asset to the company for many years to come , because I have been in or around the oil and gas industry for over 16 years and counting. I broke out in the oilfield in 2007 on a kelly rig “nabors 59 “ where I had the pleasure of working with john ludwick who was my tool pusher at the time. That rig and crew is what started my passion for the oil and gas industry. From the start of that journey until now I have gained a lot of knowledge that would carry over and be an asset to THURSTER ENERGY CORP. During my 5 years at American casing I picked up , ran and assembled miles and miles of a verity of tubing, surface casing , long strings, liners, with all the appropriate jewelry and hardware. My down-hole experience consists of drilling, fishing, running magnets, cementing casing , pigs, imaging, milling, casing de-scaling, well control, down-hole valves, frac sleeves, swell packers, overshots, liner hangers, centralizers, turbolizers, pumping, detaching from down-hole equipment, down-hole pump, BHA, cross overs, subs, weight on bit, pull back, flow rate, floats, shoes, sequence of tools, tool face , directional drilling, pipe stretch, volume, mud weight and much more. Now when we add my casing , work over and drilling rig experience with the knowledge I gained from running rat hole and water well drilling crews my down-hole knowledge expands. I have ran mills to grind up stuck water well screens, tri cone bits to spud in surface casing or drill with, over shots that I built to retrieve/ fish pipe, I have cored through sandstone, granite, etc and fished it all out, I have fished out tools and hardware dropped by hands, fished out a bushing that my relief operator dropped in the hole with a 16'' bucket I built. I have drilled rat holes residential and irrigation water wells all over the county side. Water wells Producing 5 to 4,000 gallons per min. The fox hills water well I drilled is one of my biggest accomplishments. I drilled down to 1,980 feet where is set and cemented 5'' steel casing, then went back back in drilled out the pig and shoe, then continued to a TD of 2080 feet. I then set 80 feet of 3'' water well screen attached to galvanized pipe coming into the 5'' casing 60 feet, then cleaned and sanitized the well and screen, sand packed around the bottom hole screen assembly, detached from the bottom hole assembly then air lifted the water well to a final water production of 400 gallons plus per min.
Overall I have a lot of experience, I have set foot on over 200 drilling rigs with crews or unsupervised ,which is why I believe I would be an asset to the THURSTER ENERGY CORP. , Do I know it all....? I don't. Is there room for growth....? Absolutely, but I learn vary, vary fast, I am a problem solver, provide excellent customer service, worked on call for years, and will not be a headache after learning the company's day to day operations and equipment. I am just asking for the opportunity to show THURSTER ENERGY CORP. how much of an asset I can be !!!!
