Started out as a senior equipment operator.

Became efficient at the ASL, rear loader, knuckle boom, leaf vacs and snow plow.

Ran each piece equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

Once moved to LEO, after 7 months, I was responsible for training new hires and all solid waste equipment. Trained how to complete proper pre and post trips inspections, to ensure safe trucks on the road.

Worked all city events, such as touch a truck, holiday parades, and equipment demonstrations to local citizens.

Worked directly with the home builder to discuss the scope of the project, deadlines and expectations.

Scheduled crews and managed production times.

Made sure all product was on site, prior to start date.

Inspected all completed work to ensure it was up to code, and completed correctly.

Kept a clean and safe job site.

• Trained employees in time management and proper ways to complete job duties.

Met with clients to discuss needs, expectation and product choices.

Created invoices and sent estimates.

Scheduled installs and maintained on time completions.

Collected payment, once job was complete
