I've been with Neiman Marcus OST (optimal support team) since 2021. Throughout my four years being employed at Neimans i have been in many departments and taken care of many responsibilities.

- I've learned to take care of both the receiving and shipping departments.

- Taken care of different departments by making sure there are supplies and other necessities our sales associates need to be able to satisfy our customers.

-Take care of unloading our merchandise from trucks that come in three times a week.

-Help out setting up and breaking down tables, chairs and other necessities that our store needs for any important upcoming store events.

-I've learned to stock up merchandise and maintain stockrooms clean and organized with the Beauty, Home Decor, and Designer departments.

-Learned to do price changes on shoes, clothes and any other merchandise that will go on sale. I also take care of any damages for merchandise that are expired or being used for testers in the beauty department.

-I also help prepare curbside orders that arrive during the christmas holiday.

-Help out others in the team with their department duties, like supplies, processing the truck, price changes and helping with any other important tasks.

I've worked at subway as a sandwich artist for seven to eight months, even though it was for a short time, I learned many things from it. working there helped me develop my communication skills with customers.

-Collaborated with team members to streamline sandwich assembly processes for efficiency.

-Greeted guests, promoted specials, and took orders.

-Trained new employees on company policies and procedures.

-Restocked our food, beverages and utensils for customers.

-Learned to open and close store. I had to make sure everything was clean and prepared for our morning crew

-Kept kitchen, counter and dining areas cleaned and sanitized.
