To train and give daily Instruction to my employees and Sub-Contractors as needed. I am the Business Owner / Project Manager, that allows me to seek New Accounts, to give Bids and Proposals and to Purchase All Supplies for the task needed.

I am the safety co-originator to ensure all Codes and Regulations for building are follow according to jobs specifications and blueprints. I am a detailed Communicator and have vast knowledge in dealing with Vendors, Homeowners, Sub-Contractor, Foremen / Superintendents and Managers for Large and small Construction Projects. I enjoy my work and continue to build good Relationships with my staff and Customers.

My primary duties includes but not limited too, is as follows:

Inspection of City of Oakland Public Buildings for Healthy, safe and Cleanly appearances for the Staff and the public citizens.

To perform Employee Performance Evaluation on a yearly bases.

To ensure Safety of Custodial Staff and proper procedures by following all CAL/ OSHA regulations, with bi-weekly Safety Tailgates, to educate our staff.

To weekly Approve all Employee Timesheets using Oracle Systems.

To manage Inventory Control (Buying, Stocking and Equipment Use) trainings of all Custodial Staff.

Daily Communication with all Staff to ensure coverage is maintained in each Facility.
