- Completed new intakes for patients using Vivitrol, Suboxone, and Methadone. This involved preparing their documentation, which included running a PDMP and labs before putting the patient on an OTP, as well as performing a quick cup UA, an EKG, a COWS assessment, and a vital sign check.
- Dispensed daily methadone prescriptions that adhere to strict regulations. Pre-poured methadone for patients who qualified for take-home orders during a phase. Verified that the clients were adhering to the guidelines for a controlled medicine, which included picking up their take-homes in a lock box, attending group sessions, and maintaining clean UAs.
- Completed orders for titration, induction, dose increases, and decreases based on the requirements of the client.
