
With over 15 years of work experience, I am a customer service specialist and a leader who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and colleagues I am currently a member of the Delta Sigma Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., where I contribute to the community service and social events of the organization. My most recent work experience was as a Customer Care Professional at American Express, where I handled inbound and outbound calls from card members and merchants, providing them with information, assistance, and solutions. In addition, I was a Store Manager at Mattress Firm, where I oversaw the daily operations, sales, and inventory of the store, as well as coached and motivated the sales team to achieve their goals. In both roles, I demonstrated my skills in social networking, CRM, communication, and leadership, and received positive feedback and recognition for my performance and achievements.
