-Collaborate with the mailroom and assist the radio tech as needed. Support the radio tech in updating Nortel screens with employees' names and maintaining Call Bill System Reports.
-Open the switchboard to handle important calls from the Embassy. Prioritize and ensure prompt communication of critical messages.
-Contact consulates in Mexico, including the Embassy, on a bi-monthly basis to update contact information, IVG, and Faxes. Ensure CDJ Consulate has up-to-date and accurate information.
-Create comprehensive "Welcome Packages" for new officers. Include essential information that facilitates their job in the consulate, contributing to a smooth onboarding process.
As a Switchboard Operator and Communications Coordinator, play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless communication within the consulate and with external parties.
