I grasp that the role demands individuals with exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. My passion for assisting and empowering others aligns perfectly with this position, drawing from my extensive background. I completed a 400-hour internship at an Elementary School and served as a teaching scholar in both elementary and intermediate schools, primarily working with students with special needs. With a Master’s Degree in Special Education, I obtained my Initial New York State Teaching Certificate after passing exams in Liberal Arts and Sciences, Assessment in Skills-Written, Content Specialty in Multi-Subject, and Content Specialty in Special Education. Since November 2014, I have been dedicated to full-time teaching as a Special Education Teacher, covering a range of classes such as ICT kindergarten, 1st grade ICT, and a self-contained 4th and 5th-grade bridge class. During my tenure, I also earned a certificate in teaching children from birth to 2nd grade with Special Education needs. My commitment to education was acknowledged with tenure in October 2017. Furthermore, in January 2024, I achieved an additional diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
