• Mapped out day to roads to mow for my team. Filled out mileage sheets for the company to get paid by the State.
• Marked off county roads as we finished them.
• Maintained Equipment on a daily basis.

Was 1st hired on to be a grounds person. One of my duties at that time was to keep up flower beds .Mow and maintain all grass on premises. Trimming bushes and trees.

• After 3 years time I was then made Supervisor of Maintenance Department.
• At which time one @ a time I taught them how to mow/ trim trees/ build docks most importantly how to obey company/OSHA safety guide lines. And to make sure they followed them.
• Established positive and effective communication among unit staff and organization leadership, reducing miscommunications and missed deadlines.
• At ten years, I was giving more responsibility. The company had rules for our Regular Customers like park model\slip customers. All together over 1200 customers. I had to make sure these rules were followed.
• Another Responsibility I took on for about a year. Was a night watchman 1 1/2 a night 7 days a week. Our customers were not allowed to play loud music or be loud after the hours of 11 pm.
• Equipment that I operated on this job\ 555E Ford backhoe with front in loader\ Z turn mowers \ Kabota tractor \Massy Fergunson tractor \ Kabota with front in loader\backhoe\and forks. Golf carts.

• Drove 18 Wheeler on what they call Extra board, Which meant you were on call for over flow of mail ..Drop\hook trailer’s @ Bulk mail terminals and Postal centers. Then I got a dedicated run. I would hook a trailer in Greensboro bulk mail center stop over in Hickory North Carolina continue to Asheville North Carolina. Back to Greensboro postal center. And then drop my trailer back at the bulk mail center. Done this for 10 years.
