3 Years 3 Months- Follow up on parts that are past due to the assembly plant and ensure that past due parts are shipped to protect the plant form being shut down.

Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) Specialist
3 Months- Worked with dealers on Warranty Claims and Complaints.
- Responsibilities include providing vehicle protection contracts.
- Assisting with warranty complaints to ensure warranty Claims in a timely manner.
Inventory Control Recall/Analyst
22 Years 11 Months- Field Action Field /Releasing Analyst. Working on Automobile Recalls provided from NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) to FCA Regulatory Affairs department to repair vehicles that have Recalls.
- Responsibility includes tracking Dealer demand and Forecast, adjusting dealer settings, stocking levels, and replenishing material as needed.
- Monitor Supplier rates of parts
- Initiate parts requisitions to start the Purchase Order Process as early as possible when needed.
- Coordinate and process Spot Buy Requisitions for part sourcing and Supplier payments
- Manage releasing parts workload
- Identify root cause for supplier not shipping and escalate to Management as needed
Human Resources/Payroll Specialist
3 Months- Process hourly timecards for the various Mopar Plants. Responsibilities included updating and verifying accuracy for hourly employee timecards for weekly submission to FCA Corporate Human Resources.
- Provide any information or forms required to make UAW employees were paid in a timely manner.
Expediting Specialist
2 Months- Process Orders for Dealers by processing Dealer orders and providing detailed updates on parts that are on Backorders
Pick Packer
3 Years 5 Months- Insured Dealer orders were processed and packaged properly in preparation for shipment to Mopar Distribution Depots on a daily basis.
- Loaded trailers for parts to be delivered to various Distribution Depots so parts can be shipped to Stellantis dealers
