Responsible for the training and retraining of bus drivers and/or any district employee who shall drive a school bus, as well as special needs assistants and crossing guards. Teaches defensive driving and other programs. Assists with accident investigations. Prepare and revise curriculum for new employee orientation and assign new employee mentors.
