- Coordination between all stakeholders like (Qrail , QF- amiri’s guard, interface and intersection points related to governmental projects).
- Leading section consists of (04 engineers & 05 general foreman & 3 foreman & 270 labour, 70 heavy equipment) and many specialist subcontractors. .
- Leading asphalt team consists of ( asphalt engineer,Asphalt superintendent,06 asphalt foreman,08 screed man and 70 labor) in addition to the asphalt equipment (05 pavers ,10 PTR,08 steel roller, ...Etc) and operators.
- Reporting directly to project manager and project director.
- Following up execution of all site activities as per the agreement with the client.
- Executing all pavement works in 02 project belongs to the company (Dukhan road project P005 and Lusail project CP-07B).

- Responsible for all infrastructure, roadworks, landscape and structural works in my scope that was around 2.5 Km long.
- Linked point between the site and the management directives in construction of (highway, asphalt, bridges, tunnels, asphalt, infrastructure).
- Liaising with consultants, planners, quantity surveyors and general workforce involved in project.
