  • Chief administrative officer of the Plano campus serving 17,000 students annually
  • Responsible for all aspects of campus operations, including student enrollment services and engagement, campus culture, academic and workforce programming, athletics, police, emergency preparedness and campus safety, facilities operations and projects, and community engagement
  • Additional duties include developing and managing the Plano campus budgets, supervising Deans, Library, Honors Institute Director, and Provost office personnel, scheduling strategies and enrollment management, and outreach and marketing strategies
  • A member of the district President’s Executive Leadership Team also responsible for implementation of the college’s master and strategic plans
  • Key accomplishments include increasing campus enrollment, launching an 8-week term schedule, increasing dual credit enrollment by 20 percent, implementing the first Plano Independent School District Collegiate Academy, increasing workforce program completion, launching the campuses’ first health sciences program, increasing Hispanic student enrollment by 5 percent, increasing enrollment in kinesiology and fine arts courses, developing and managing a $27M annual budget, securing over $800,000 in grant funding, and reducing campus budget costs.
