  • This is an inside sales position in the fertilizer world
  • I handle customers all based in Canada, working with an account manager assigned to these clients
  • This position involves handling daily allocation of orders per customer request, along with processing their contracts
  • I work with multiple customers via Teams, emails, and calls
  • I coordinate with our warehouses regarding product availability or changes when needed
  • I advocate for the customer to ensure the best service with little to no issues
  • Any issues that arise are resolved in a timely fashion and follow up as needed with all parties involved to ensure a complete and clear resolution
  • In addition to customer service, I work with our accounts receivable, along with contract expirations or extension
  • Duties include availability after hours and on weekends if needed to ensure customer transactions are handled and any issues resolved
  • In addition to the daily duties of an SSR, I have been tasked with handling some of our custom needs for shipments in and out of Canada
  • Working with two custom brokers, Livingston and Percy Davis
  • This includes creating custom documentation for travel in and out of Canada, along with authorizing payments to our custom partners via Tradeshift
  • Approving all charges for our brokers fees in handling of documents involved in crossing the border

  • Responding to those based on last week's sales
  • Using our Allocation Tool - Quantum to ensure proper allocation of inventory
  • Communicate with manager and buyers regarding suggestions or issues
