All adls including feeding bathing and transfers

• At my current job i work close with the rn to provide bathing, changine a patient, transfers, and also keeping a close eye on patients for changes in their condition and reporting to the rn when necessary.

• I worked for MAS as a travel cna working in a facility called Hawthorne house. it was ltc, geriatric behavior unit, and also memory care unit.

In home hospice care as well as facility care. I can do everything from bathing to safe transfers and proper documentation

• Worked memory care unit but also floated to whatever floor i was needed at.

• Worked as a tech helping with patient care and anything else needed by the rn or

• Did in home health for private pay family until patient passed
