• Provide admission assessments, IV therapy management, insertion of IV angio catheters, lab draws, wound management, disease management, critical thinking skills to enhance home safety and disease management progression.
• Observe and document patient factors such as diets, physical activity levels, and behaviors to understand conditions and effectively modify and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on patient care instructions.
