Passionate and hardworking facilitator seeking a Teacher Position in a classroom environment. Committed to providing students with necessary tools to achieve academic goals, instilling love of learning, and cooperative teamwork.

• Collaborate with teachers and director to develop a careful and creative program that supports fun, interactive environment for learning and ministry suitable for preschool children.
• Assisted with planning, organizing, and implementing 2 lessons per week and prepared materials for classroom activities for classes of up to 14 students.
• Effectively used a broad range of instructional activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development in children such as storytelling, educational games, media, arts and crafts etc..
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
• Organized fundraisers to help raise $100-$1200 for improvement and construction of the building.

Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and a major area of concentration in Applied Learning and Math Education. Completed two semesters of Internship at both an Elementary and Middle school, where I assisted the teacher of record with classroom functions, lesson planning and individual and group instruction. Volunteered in after school and weekend programs to provide additional tutoring in Math and Reading for ESL students. Completed 40+ hours observational hours in an inclusive classroom and special education classrooms. Currently enrolled in the Texas Teachers of Tomorrow and pursuing my teacher certification to qualify as a Quick Hire Candidate. I am eager to begin a teaching career, where I can utilize my extensive knowledge and skills attained throughout my college career, traditional classrooms, and tutoring.
