  • Managed multiple projects, including a 35,000 sq. ft. Family home on Kwandwe Game Reserve in South Africa, and the build-out of ten employee houses, including streets and utilities, in addition to the construction of the Chouest office and warehouse in Valdez, Alaska, to support ECO’s 30-year contract for the Ship Escort Response Vessel System (SERVS).
  • The build-out from land purchase to move-in was 17 months, requiring sixty to ninety hour work weeks, including working through harsh winters.
