  • This facility is a start up and I have been on board as the Quality Manager since the beginning. As the facility was in the construction faze the management team, engineers and maintenance teams worked on many of the facility projects from initiation to completion. Aided with planning, organizing, and directing project resources, monitoring progress. Through the building process I gained many of my technical and soft skills, including effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Handled the placing of all the orders for supplies, chemicals, and equipment that the operations, Quality, and Sanitation team would need to do their jobs effectively. Monitored the need for replacement supplies as needed by the various teams.
  • Developed and train the team on SOP's and SSOP's according to the company policies and procedures.
