  • Conduct failure analyses and maintain an extensive failure-report database, applying expertise in metallurgy, corrosion, and water analysis to diagnose issues and recommend targeted treatment strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret historical and current lab data, including CWA water analyses, ATP bacterial results, PO4 residuals, corrosion amine levels, FTIR spectra, and scale prediction modeling, and perform bottle testing and diagnostic evaluations to verify chemical effectiveness and guide field adjustments.

  • Completed 40+ hours of mentorship under multiple Ph.D. corrosion engineers, gaining advanced knowledge in corrosion mechanisms, bottle testing, solids analysis, and emulsion breaking, and expanding technical depth in mitigation and reliability strategies.
