• Originated Federal including renovation loans. As a Full Renovation Specialist, provided a solution and financing for distressed properties in the local market to assist Realtors and homebuyers with options where all repairs done post-closing by coordinating repair bids with borrower and licensed contractors or home improvement companies. Conducted homebuyer seminars and participated in tradeshows as well as involved in other community events.

• Contacted new and existing clients to generate personal, auto and mortgage refinance loans. Managed customer accounts and provided excellent customer service by identifying needs, answering questions, servicing accounts and helping to collect payments due as well as post payments to accounts.

• Generated new personal, auto and mortgage loan accounts. Serviced existing client accounts. Solicited new accounts as well as setup local retail merchandise dealers to provide incentives and special purchase financing for their products and goods so that they gained more customers and clients and the consumer could then easily purchase more and the retail dealer could increase sales and profits.

• Helped to raise more than $7,000 for local non-profit organization for their 25th Annual golf tournament and Celebrity Chef event.
