  • Responsible for managing all gas material master settings, source list update and changes.
  • Work closely with production plants to ensure stock levels at plants/branches are set up to ensure product is available for customer orders and maximize plant to branch fulfillment process.
  • Management of material master settings to maximize inventory utilization which include setting up a schedule to review all location MRP based on size.
  • Responsible for the execution and accuracy of physical inventories for gases, all RAW product and empty assets.
  • Work closely with the BSC and internal finance groups to resolve inventory discrepancies, process issues or reporting.
  • Managed the specialty gas team and liaison with ASG to ensure their deliverables were being met.
  • Published various dashboards to improve overall supply chain effectiveness.
  • Projects: Implemented several part numbers compressions project to assist with inventory accuracy and sales portfolio, TA cylinder integration lead for East lead, handled all closures/openings/supply changes as dictated by changes within East.
  • Implemented daily SPR (service performance report) calls with plant inventory personnel to improve customer service, 2019 monthly average was 1943, 2020 monthly average was 742 - 38% improvement.
  • Other key improvements, Non-Stock ratio was reduced from 16.1% in Jan 2020 to 9.9% in December.
  • Stock was reduced from Jan number of 133% to 108% at the end of December.
  • Excess was reduced from 34% in Jan to 17% in December.
  • This number fluctuated to a high of 42% mid-year 2020 but we were able to react to the pandemic driving up these numbers, and maintained the correct amount to stock where it was needed and to be able to react when business did pick up.
  • Dead stock was reduced 15.80% from Jan at 101k to December at 85k.
  • Oversaw the Gold Gas obsoleting project and Dry ice conversion for East.
  • Documented the dry ice process for North Division and was instrumental in the success of the conversion along with Division Management.
  • Piloted the empty count process for National and was asked to participate in several cycle count inquiry calls with the European cluster.
  • Assumed ownership of the asset re-supply April 21.
