During my summer breaks from college, I served at Pfeiffer Cafe. This job has taught me a lot about customer service, time management, multitasking, teamwork, and problem-solving.

• Provided exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Collaborated with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and quality control.

• During my summer break from high school, I worked independently at Miss Molly’s Boutique three to four times a week as the sole employee on duty. In this role, I developed strong time management skills and a high level of independence while handling all aspects of daily operations. My responsibilities included opening and closing the store, greeting and assisting customers, processing sales transactions, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and managing overall store operations.

• For two years, I served as a dance instructor for the recreational program at Step-N-Out Dance Productions. I taught classes three times a week to students ranging in age from two to thirteen years old. In this role, I developed strong communication skills while working closely with both students and their families. I learned to effectively assert authority in the classroom, adapt my teaching style to meet diverse needs, and, most importantly, recognize the value of helping children build confidence in themselves. I also fostered a supportive learning environment by promoting positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.
