Experienced professional with 20+ years working with non-profit arts organizations, seeking to become the next Artistic Director for Dallas Children's Theatre. Committed to the education and development of youth and young adults, I bring creativity, strategic thinking, energy, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities. As an experienced visionary leader, I advocate for arts and education and have a track record of success as a CEO and Artistic Director. Prior to my current role, I served as Director of Education and Community Engagement. Skilled in strategic planning, program creation, audience development, financial management, and team building, I can identify opportunities and implement innovative yet practical business strategies. Dedicated to staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices for continued success, I am enthusiastic, adaptable, and a true lifelong learner. I have three adult children all of whom have participated intensely in the arts, which has complemented my career in unique ways.  Theater has been a significant part of our lives for three decades. Two went NYU Tisch for musical theatre and drama. There, I served on Advisory Councils for Tisch and for Project Broadway.  My travels take me frequently to NYC for theatre, arts presenting conferences, and program scouting.  I maintain connections all over the country that allow me to network for programming.  I enjoy taking care of my health through exercise and eating well.  I also enjoy community service and have actively served and continue to serve on many boards.
