  • Customer service cleaning when there were no customers close the dining room on nights when I was scheduled to close sweeping mopping wiping down all tables and chairs This store was owned by a family that only had this 1 store until 2019 when they got a 2nd store
  • They took serious the saying 'If you got time to lean, you got time to clean.' At this store the food and the coffee was always fresh
  • They were a little more about this than other stores are
  • I learned a lot here about how the working world was (outside of my family business)
  • What the world expects vs what Mom and Dad expected
  • I took this as my first job outside the family when I was 16 and the owner and managers were amazing
  • I learned quick what the expected and left in good standing so that later I could return
  • Between my ex-husband and college and just plain life I would return to work here 3 more times, with my final time ending in 2004.
