I was in charge of all meals, to provide balanced, nutritious needs of our residents. I worked closely with our CNA and LPN for specific dietary needs of our residents. I was in charge of 4 employees scheduling and maintaining adequate coverage for all shifts. I was a hands on Dietary Manager, planning, preparing and ordering all of our facilities supplies, on a weekly basis. I worked closely with our food representatives. I also attended weekly departmental meetings, monthly resident council meetings and our monthly staff meeting.
