• Managed the integration and settlement of three Kosovar refugee families in Ottawa

• Advised the Minister on files related to environmental protection, assessment, enforcement, and provided strategic policy and political advice to the Minister for Cabinet Committees.

• Prepared the Minister for Question Period and managed departmental legislations' passage through the House of Commons and Senate

• Supported the political success of the McKenna government, and the successful election of 9 out of 10 federal members of parliament in 1993
