Project STEMM-Up

• Conduct biweekly workshops on self-advocacy and job search skills for the MENA community.
• Develop and foster networking opportunities focusing on the distribution of educational program materials to reach potential clients.
• Collaborate with organizations, families, counselors, and community leaders to build rapport and address project inquiries.
• Input data into REDCap to accurately track service provision and research activities.
• Present progress reports of STEMM-Up job seekers at local and statewide conferences.

• Engaged with the public and private vendors at local and national tradeshows. Highlighting product benefits, fielding inquiries, and hosting sampling sessions.
• Analyzed data from various sources such as surveys, interviews, focus groups. to inform decision-making related to projects.
• Presented findings from data analysis in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.

• Introduced diverse healthy food solutions to address health inequities among residents with HIV and AIDS in single-room occupancy housing
• Developed strong rapport with isolated seniors, particularly during the pandemic
• Organized teams to provide seniors with groceries and recruited volunteers to translate nutritional pamphlets into Cantonese and Spanish
