I have a wide range of knowledge in all types of jobs, most valuable I previously owned & operated a Commercial Construction & Property Management Co. with my partner for over 20 years. I managed everyday business from invoicing & leasing to preparing the books daily, including end of year & taxes. I have knowledge & experience in many of the construction or maintenance jobs performed on sites or the 15 rental properties owned to include anything from office duties, leasing & inspections, painting, ceramic tile, framing, drywall, any maintenance & cleaning.

I've always been a hard worker who is honest, reliable & willing to do anything that is asked of me to be a valuable employee.
