●Pack patient orders. Verify correct information and medicines. Pack into appropriate bags or boxes. Once packed verify correct labels are applied. Ran SAP machines,manual tote packing and puck packing.

● Pick specific items to be resold through the Ebay website.
● Maintain accurate inventory.
● Set up individual listings for items. This included item descriptions, weights, dimensions, and set up
pricing and shipping for each item listed.
● When sold I would pick the item, pack it and print the proper label for it. Then it was taken to the post office for shipment.

● Supervised the shipping department employees in the daily task of pulling and shipping orders. Orders printed
every hour and I would sort through them all so they could be distributed to the pullers in the order of
importance.
● I would also pull orders in my down time to keep everything flowing and up to speed. I oversaw the packing
stations where all small parcel orders were processed and completed. I had extensive knowledge of the computer
system we used so I could help my team if any issues arose. Dealt daily with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, several
freighlines and international companies).
● I also had daily emails with customer service to keep track of any issues with part shortages or changes,
international shipment requirements, or any shipping discrepancies that customers had.
● I took care of all the large freight orders that would need to be palletized. I would pull the orders and palletize
them. I would then wrap them on the shrink wrap machine and then move them to the scale for weights. I
would then take the pallets to a freight staging area and I would contact the specific freightlines dispatch to
schedule the pick ups.
● For the receiving area I would verify the correct parts and quantities for the product that we would have
delivered daily via UPS, DHL, FedEx, and varying freightlines for larger shipments. After the parts were dropped
off I would verify these with the documentation and corresponding purchase orders and process them in our
computer system. Put away sheets were then printed that gave the locations for where the parts were to be put
away and I would put the stock up. I would also make sure the stock was rotated so older products were used first.

● Before I had taken on the Shipping/Receiving job I had been a material handler in one of the companies
production areas. I would pull parts needed for the lines and keep them stocked up so they would not have to
stop running. I also set up the parts on the manual insertion machines that placed components into circuit
boards. After the machine was set up the technician would set up the program for the circuit board that was to
be ran and I would do a 1st piece inspection on it to make sure the polarity was correct and the correct parts
were on the boards. I ran the machines for a time too.
● I worked in the stockroom and pulled kits for the build lines.
● I worked on the hand build lines that we put larger components into circuit boards that were too large for the
insertion machines to do.
● Was voted Employee of the Month on several different occasions and Employee of the Year in 2014.

● Worked in the welding department running several different types of machines. Welded small pieces that would
be used in HVAC units. Ran a rivet machine and a heli-arc welder on occasion. I would also be moved to the tool
and die department to help when needed.
● Worked in the Press department where I would use a brake press machine to cut out large pieces of sheet metal to
size and ran a Strippit machine that would punch the holes in the sheet metal that would later be formed into
metal housings.
● Worked in the Filling department where I would get wound coils from the coil room and place them onto the
filling machine that would have a tubes running up the length of the machine and would lower onto the coils,
stretching them out and filling them with silicone. When complete I would fill the ends with an epoxy and take
them to the table to check the diameter with a micrometer and run an electric current through them to check for
any issues. These tubes would then be run through a roller machine that would compress the tubes into a small
diameter and lengthen them. These would eventually be made into stove eyes and oven heating elements.
