• Provide emergency care within various settings including Level 1 Trauma Center and Free Standing Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with Emergency Physician to stabilize patients in critical and emergent conditions.
• Appropriately triage patients based on symptoms, condition, vital signs, appearance, and patient history.
• Monitor and assess rapidly changing patient conditions, practice safe medication administration, and communicate needs to providers.
• Patient and family education.

Travel RN, Temporary Short Term Contract

• Collaborate with Emergency Physicians to stabilize patients in critical and emergent conditions.
• Appropriately triage patients based on symptoms, vital signs, condition, appearance, and patient history.
• Monitor and assess rapidly changing patient conditions, practice safe medication administration, and communicate needs to providers.
• Patient and family education.

Level 2 Trauma Center

• Collaborate with Emergency Physicians to stabilize patients in critical and emergent conditions.
• Appropriately triage patients based on symptoms, vital signs, condition, appearance, and patient history.
• Monitor and assess rapidly changing patient conditions, practice safe medication administration, and communicate needs to providers.
• Patient and family education.

Memory Care Unit

• Assist patients with ADLS including dressing, hygiene, feeding, toileting, laundry, and room tidiness.
• Assist residents with managing daily schedules including meal times, activities, visits with family, organized group outings, shower schedules.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN providing care.
• Enhanced patient safety and promote fall prevention.

• Assist guests with locating lost items, and determine best method of returning lost items to guests.
• Communicate and collaborate with housekeeping and custodial departments to help locate lost items.
• Manage over 50 phone calls per day, and respond to all messages and emails within a timely manner.
• Collaborate with mailing department to promote safe handling and timely shipping of items.
