I prepared the food for the restaurant while maintaining the cleanliness of the store and ensuring food safety in the kitchen. I collaborated with my peers, and adhered to safety protocols. I was also in charge of restocking supplies and assisting with inventory.
As a Crew Trainer I was responsible for training new employees, ensuring they understand and follow procedures, and helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in their roles. I was also in charge of maintaining high customer service standards and fostering a positive team environment. I resolved any problems customers ran into with their orders and compromised when I could not fulfill what they needed exactly depending on the protocol for their situation.
I was responsible for taking customers orders and ensuring they had a positive experience and their order was correct. I helped out customers when they had questions or when needing assistance according to their needs. I proceeded payments, and assembled and packed orders for drive through, front counter, and online orders.
