Summary

I have been in the Healthcare and the Customer Service Industry since the age of 13 in various roles, providing inpatient, in home, and ambulatory clinical care in specialty clinics, notably Cardiology and Orthopedics. My customer service experience ranges from Health Information Management and Human Resources in our state veterans home, to licensing physicians as well as assisting the Executive Director of IBOM in the implementation of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact in Idaho and subsequently assisting many physicians in obtaining their IMLC licensure. I also spent time assisting our most vulnerable citizens in obtaining in home health services through H&W state Medicaid with the Bureau of Long Term Care.

With a well rounded perspective of healthcare and its implementation, I would love to continue my growth in skill set in a remote or hybrid position in Remote Healthcare Management.
