The Material Prep&Finishing Operator Grade 2 performs advanced Material preparation, Finishing, and quality control process prior to and after other process to ensure quality. This role requires expertise in surface preparation presented in Grade 1 masking, cutting, grinding, sanding, ensuring optimal points adhesion and finishing quality. The Operator also assists in troubleshooting equipment and guiding/training Grade 1team members.

Perform other assembly duties including operating multiple types of hand tools that require manual assembly; assigned by team members/ group leader to achieve HMMA production goals and quality standards.
