As a Home Health Aide (HHA) I was tasked with assisting clients with ADL's, light house keeping, errands, nutritional support as well as ensuring they were on schedule with prepared medications. I personally excelled with companionship, which was a large portion of this position. Dealing with the family of client's required humility and empathy. My role as an HHA required the ability to think quickly and efficiently and demanded sophisticated problem-solving skills. Throughout my time with Bayada, I expanded my time management capabilities and have a renewed emphasis on responsibility as well as personal accountability.
