Interests

Professional Interests & Philosophy
I am passionate about both conventional and functional medicine and believe they can work together to support true healing. As a bedside nurse, I’ve seen firsthand the difference that preventative care and lifestyle changes can make. I’m especially focused on gut health, including leaky gut, and I enjoy using holistic approaches—like nutrition, supplements, herbs, and natural methods—to support patients within my scope in the hospital setting. I also believe in the power of proactive care, which is why I’m currently exploring IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapy as additional ways to help people restore balance and improve their overall wellness. My heart is in helping others live healthier, more radiant lives through compassionate, whole-person care that blends both medical worlds.
