Covering +400 LTC, SNF, and Behavioral facilities remotely along with physical onsite visits to numerous facilities across south California ex: (Providence, Mariner, Telecare and Generations group facilities).

Role Specifications include;

• Providing a robust medication management protocol.
• Ensuring patient adherence to Medication regiment (Acute, Chronic care & Psychotropics).
• Monitoring of residences' labs and providing dose adjustment accordingly for MD approvals in order to maintain high quality of care.
• Educating nurses on med pass protocols and ensure adherence to orders instructions.
• Following up on Psychotropics utilization in facilities, monitoring residents labs, side effects in order to assess the necessity, efficacy and safety of medication regimen and requesting GDR if clinically appropriate.
• Monitoring utilization of high risk medication.
• Conducting regular monthly & quarterly meetings with MDs, DONs and IDTs to provide guidance on clinical and regulatory updates.

Key responsibilities;

• Patient education (IV AB, IVIG, insulin pumps, oncology therapy)
• Patient adverse effects follow ups (REMS programs).
• Monitoring patient labs and communicating adjusted dosage with MDs.
• Authorization / Appeals with Payers.
• Support programs for eligible patients.

Supporting US Medical & Marketing team in launching campaigns for Alfamino & Peptamin in USA through the followings tasks;

• Developing medical induction training's for both of medical & sales teams.
• Supporting MSLs' to establish and maintain strong relationship with KOLs in (Neon, Gastro& Ped) Specialties through joining Virtual & Physical activities.
• Reviewing Medical Content of Detail aid, AV Deck & Clinical Trials.
• Managing medical engagement activities budget allocation among MSLs.
• Conducting KOL's surveys, HCPs' Trackers and accordingly providing insights to R&D team for pipeline plans.

Position duties included the followings;

• Establishing and maintaining scientific relationships with KOLs
• Conducting speech& workshops in Annual International congresses ex: ANCC, ESPGHAN.
• Co-operating with clinical affair team and suggesting sites for post marketing clinical trials (Phase 4).
• Sharing KOL's insights with internal stakeholders.
• Executing Launch activities ex; (AV meetings, Standalone, RTDs, speaker tours and workshops) for Gastro, Allergy KOLs across Gulf Countries.
• Sustaining partnerships with Governmental sectors by providing medical educational grants and scientific sponsorship's.
