Inspect painted parts on the assembly line.

I worked as a group leader in paint inspection, and I was in charge of both paint inspection lines. I managed where employees were placed on the lines so all positions were covered. I covered spots that needed coverage so the line would run smoothly. Handling issues or problems with employees and finding a resolution for them.

Job duties also included: ICCA Pack,Paint performance tracking,paint metrics,blender sheets,rotation sheets,monthly line returns, new gen query,pmms query,inspection tool, SAP, EXCEL.

My job consists of opening products of all kinds and checking to make sure product is in great quality to be sent to customers. I check for scratches, imperfections,and missing attachments feel I am very efficient at this job because there is alot of small detail at a fast pace and I always strive to complete the most work I can but with great quality and in a timely manner.

I worked this position for three months and it consisted of answering phones and taking messages really enjoyed this job and did very well at handling multiple phone calls and I really enjoyed getting to interact with the public and it gave me some great experience with dealing with different types of people and situations.
