I was skilled in training others for the job I did. I had excellent reports from my trainees. They understood what to do, how to do it and why they needed to. If they didn't understand at first, I found another way to help them. I created a visual board of microbiology plates used in the lab, what data needed to be written on them and where, and how many dilutions were required of each test. It was extremely helpful to everyone that worked there. My organizational skills were helpful in ensuring the correct samples and plates always were in order and made sense to everyone.
