Summary

I have spent 21 years working for Oberweis Dairy. I began as an Assistant Manager and 2001. Within two years I was promoted to a Store Manager role, then to a District Manager. Many of my responsibilities included, recruiting and hiring management for the stores for and the new start up stores. I pride myself with the relationships I maintained with my teams and crew members. Managers and I worked closely to improve customer service, sales building and budget control through individualized review of profit and loss statements each month. I traveled to my stores weekly to meet crew, establish relationships with them and check the store to assess quality, service, and cleanliness of each location. I was the last line of defense with any customer Service issues that the store could not handle at that level.

This position allowed me to work from my home office reviewing and setting up budgets for the district of eleven stores. I was able to do scheduling for my meetings, interviews and handle customer complaints. I was able to conduct interviews from home as well through zoom meetings.

I retired in 2022 from this role. I am now seeking a part-time role in any clerical position with customer or patient interaction. I feel that I would be a great fit for your open role as an Insurance Verification Representative. I did partake in a Unit Secretary certificate class earlier in my career. I have some awareness of medical terminology. I am a dependable person with excellent customer service and computer skills as well as multitasking and time management abilities.
